Meet The Assassin Family: OG Network’s New Vertical Crime Drama Premieres June 29

That’s the premise behind The Assassin Family, a new vertical crime drama premiering June 29 across OG Network’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels.

On the surface, Damon and Soleil are a successful married couple raising their family in the suburbs. But when a contract comes in, everyone goes to work—including their 18-year-old daughter.

Meet the Family

Kayla is an honor student, Daddy’s girl, and the future of the family business. Groomed from childhood to become a highly trained assassin, she’s proof that the deadliest weapon is often the one you never see coming.

Then there’s Nadia, Calvin’s trusted fixer and master manipulator. Connected, calculating, and always working an angle, she understands that information can be even more powerful than violence.

A New Original Collaboration

Created specifically for vertical viewing, The Assassin Family delivers fast-paced episodes packed with suspense, betrayal, and unexpected twists.

The series is written and directed by Kinnedy “ScribeCash” Storay and is a collaboration between OG Network Studios and Soul TV, bringing together cinematic storytelling with a social-first viewing experience.

Leading the cast is Courtney Richardson II as Damon, the patriarch of the family whose calm suburban lifestyle hides the instincts of a seasoned assassin. He stars alongside LaToya Ward as Soleil, Damon’s wife and equal partner in the family business; Marie Wilde as Kayla, their honor-student daughter who has been trained to become the next generation of assassin; Rhonda Morman as Nadia, the brilliant fixer and master manipulator; and Kevin Shannon as Calvin, a powerful figure whose operations depend on Nadia to keep everything running smoothly.
